This is the first time I have booked directly with Chris to collect and deliver items. Very helpful and easy to contact during the process was kept up to date until delivery was made. All items collected was in good order. He was happy to help carry the items into the property which was a great help. Will be using his services again.
Over the last three years everyone seems to be more reliant on courier services. Some are “ok”, some could do better and some have been appalling. It was very refreshing therefore to meet Chris today. He turned up half an hour early , he had sent me a text to say he would be here just after 1pm. Couldn’t fault him. On time, polite, courteous and secured the wardrobe he was transporting for us securely in his van. I’m a firm believer in word of mouth recommendation for workmen and services, not quite the same on line, but Chris is clearly committed to delivering a good service.
