   Sadly I didn't have a great experience with this service. They are probably great if you don't expect any advice or help with design. I was hoping that by reaching out to a high end wardrobe consultant I would get help creating something that wouldbe both asthetically pleasing and practical. I ended up with a very expensive set of wardrobes that didn't make efficient use of the space, half of which I am unable to access because of the design. The wardrobes themselves are well built and of good quality but the design is not fit for purpose. There was no communication or suggestions pre-installation except around door handles. Post installation, when I shared my concerns, there was no advice, suggestions or understanding of the fact that half of the wardrobe was inaccessible. I ended up spending another considerable fortune recreating them so that I could use them for storage as intended. Disappointing

   Jo designed and installed a new kitchen for me, as well as transforming a closet into a utility closet. His work is impeccable - he has a very fine eye for detail and his finishings are beautiful. One of my favourite touches is the drawer fronts in my new larder cupboard - he cut them out of one piece of oak so the grain runs across all six fronts. Gorgeous! Jo worked to budget, on time, and is meticulously neat and tidy. I highly recommend him. The only thing he needs to do is to commission a 'Jensen Bespoke' plate to fit to his custom designs!!!
