We have recently renovated our kitchen. Hugo was amazing, so knowledgeable with all aspects and took the time to listen to our needs to help us create our beautiful dream kitchen. Hugo advised us throughout the whole process from designing all the way to delivery, which made the process so easy. Hugo also helped us with deciding on appliances and worktops (including recommending places to visit) which helped us a lot. We absolutely love our kitchen and we cannot fault the service - highly recommend!
We are absolutely delighted with our new Hacker kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the level of service, meticulous care and attention to detail from Hugo at M Kitchens. We initially consulted other design companies and kitchen retailers but were then recommended Hugo. Best decision we made as his design was perfect but also incredibly practical. Really appreciated his patience, honesty and suggested changes to our initial design which made far more practical sense. The quality of the units and his suggested appliances surpassed our expectations. He personally ensured the installation by our builders went smoothly, swiftly resolved minor issues and even provided great after care. I couldn’t recommend him enough. If you are considering a new kitchen - I would not hesitate to go with M Kitchens.
We have recently had a new kitchen from M Kitchens, and could not be happier with the end result. Hugo was super helpful from start to finish, gave us a lot of advice and nothing was too much trouble for him. As an example, when it came to appliances (we were considering Siemens) Hugo suggested that we visited the Siemens appliance store in London - this was hugely helpful and well worth the visit. Just as important as the right kitchen and design is…the person who installs it, they play a huge part. Hugo put us in touch with Tom and he was brilliant, someone who took real pride in doing a great job, a real eye for detail and again, like Hugo, nothing was too much trouble. All in all we would have no hesitation in recommending M Kitchens.
