I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. We came to return an item, but the owner refused to accept it without giving any clear reason. His words, tone of voice, and overall attitude clearly suggested that he was uncomfortable with our presence in the shop, for reasons that were never explained. We were polite and respectful the entire time and did nothing to deserve this kind of treatment. What was even more disappointing is that he did not even try to explain the reason for refusing the return or suggest any alternative place that could help us. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this shop due to the poor customer service.
