    After delivery, I had issues fitting the kitchen profile and flat-pack unit and couldn’t get help initially. I then contacted the Edmonton store and spoke with Zane (AGM), who listened patiently and guided me step by step using online attachments. He is very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Excellent service

    My parents purchased their kitchen here a few years ago, and one of the hinges recently broke (entirely due to user error, not a quality issue). I popped into the store today to see if I could get a replacement, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They took the time to search in the back for the exact part I needed so I wouldn’t have to wait until after the New Year. Truly excellent customer service and much appreciated.

    Our designer, Ola, was incredible :) So polite and experienced. He even came in on his day off to accommodate us, if the isn’t a 5* service I don’t know what is! Ola gave us guidance on what changes we could make to stay within our budget, I felt like he cared about his customer, not just the sale. The Wren kitchen we selected is beautiful and solid. Thank you Wren Edmonton and thanks Ola. 100% would recommend.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR KITCHEN. The design and order process was great but they are using cowboy builders, who doesn’t know how to put a kitchen cupboard up level. It’s doesn’t reflect how much you pay for them. All the promises like 25 years guarantee and when you had issue, they don’t care about you. It has Take. 2 weeks and still not resolving any issue after they sent a cowboy builder in our flat. Don’t waste your money, all the Facebook complained group about them do reveal their right work installation quality. They left us now 4 weeks without a kitchen, can’t cook for my 3 years old. The guy who trying to resolve our complain - the Field Manager Mival, offered no real solution and sitting by the fence about it. The Real English Charm solution way… yes but however, please work on your empathetic skill because you don’t seem to have that quality for someone want offer to resolve complain. It’s really a shame as they did everything so well to get you to buy the kitchen, smooth process then sent an apprentice to install the kitchen to close the relationship badly with the clients.

    The salesperson in the showroom was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, honest and helped us get what we wanted. The delivery was a lot faster than we expected and the guys installing the work surface were really good too. Would definitely recommend. The only thing to be wary about was that the person measuring our kitchen space did so incorrectly, and if we hadn't caught it, it would have proved very costly. You should do your own measuring as well.

    We tried to delay our kitchen delivery and were told it wasn’t possible. We then had to pay extra money to get our builders to finish earlier, only for wren to cancel our delivery without explanation on the evening after the delivery was supposed to take place. It was due to arrive at 12, we called them several times for updates in the afternoon (with them telling us the driver was close by) and then the driver called at 6 to say the delivery was cancelled and he wasn’t allowed to deliver even though he was now close. No one at wine contacted us, and no one took our call when we called to try and find out why this happened or when it will be delivered. Still in the dark!

Our kitchen was planned to our requirements but we were also given ideas in how we can make it more user friendly. There was no pushy sales tactics and was made comfortable.     Great sales team, by great I mean that they tell you what you want to hear and do their best to push a product which they know to be subpar. I was told that any missing or damaged pieces was very rare but if they did happen then they would be rectified within a couple of days…this is not true at all. Missing items took over a week to arrive, then when I checked them they were damaged. The end panels came on the original delivery damaged, then I waited 10 days for the new ones which are also damaged and I’m not waiting for delivery of the new ones which will probably be damaged. I like the colour of the unit, that’s about as good as it gets. Expect to wait at least 45-55 minutes for an answer on the customer services and then expect to be told that you shouldn’t start looking for a kitchen fitter until all you are happy with all the parts of the kitchen. Really unbelievably awful experience so far…and still don’t have a kitchen. I can almost understand something getting damaged in transit. But there is zero protection to the end panels just the cardboard. And that large chunk missing from one of the images was before it was packaged up so poor quality control . And a huge fold in the top layer veneer on a fridge door. If they have such good quality control then how do these slip through. I have to say that I have done a full renovation of my house and this is without doubt the most stressful part…dealing with wren. Oh and they offered me £37 part refund to keep those damaged ones which is laughable. The kitchen was just shy of 10k. The kitchen fitters joked that they had bagged another gullible customer.
