   I was very impressed with DecorAndDecor. I searched high and low for a tracking system to build a built-in wardrobe at home. I looked at other companies and either found they did not fit my needs or were way too expensive. DecorAndDecor did the track length I needed that could be cut down although no stock. I spoke with Verc and he said they could use a smaller size and cut it slightly larger for me. I was very impressed with the service. Just speak to them and get their advice. Verc was very helpful. The packaging was great and the product itself was excellent. It's now fitted and working on the wardrobe. Thank you Verc

   Great service good value too. Much better than the developer provided handles. Paired them with a backplate from another manufacturer. Would have bought the back plates from you if you sold them as I’m sure they would be better value.

   Excellent person on their customer service email. Incredibly helpful, asked for photos, gave advice and suggestions. They were not quite sure their product would fit my cupboards and they suggested I buy one and see how it went. I decided I'd throw caution to the wind and got them all sent. Delivery was very fast. This first order (16 x cupboard handles) was so spot-on I went straight back to them for advice about 12 x door handles. Again they replied fast and with some great suggestions. They made everything easy - I didn't have to think. Second delivery has today arrived just as quickly. Am not going to bother researching in the future - I will just go straight to the person at the other end of their email. Thank you!

   We wanted to change the handles on our kitchen cupboards so ordered one to start with, arrived next day! Decided to go for black so again ordered one which had slight damage to the end, sent an email which was answered straight away advising a replacement would be sent, this again arrived within 2 days. Finally decided on a black handle so ordered 23! All arrived free postage within two days. All of the handles are perfect with no problems at all. Email responses were super efficient. The handles look amazing and for the price compared to DIY stores high prices are just perfect. Thank you for a super service

   use at your own risk! orders not dispatched. Refunded not actioned. Emails completely ignored. It took over a week to get my order. without apology. Still waiting on my refund for delivery as it said free delivery over £250. after all that the track really isn't that good.
