   Wonderful experience. Ali is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He broke down the whole process very succinctly so that I always knew what stage we were at and what he needed from me. Install was a breeze with no issues whatsoever. Working with Ali to design the kitchen we wanted was actually fun and exciting, rather than a stressful hassle. His experienced guidance was so appreciated and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended.

   Classic Kitchens were great, and the best we have used in the local area having now done a number of projects. They gave great upfront advice, and were very helpful with us taking samples home while we made final decisions. They proactively suggested ideas on a couple of areas we were still not set on, and helped us make the "right" decision. The actual kitchen and units are super and the fitting team were very efficient and delivered a quality finish. They fitted in really well with the building company we had doing the rest of the extension, so there were no issues timing wise. The post fitting service was also very good, with Ali coming to help with some technical questions we had on a Bosch product (nothing to do with Classical Kitchens work). We are really happy with our kitchen, thank you!

   There’s really not enough space to write about our experience with CLASSIC KITCHENS. It’s a genuine gem of a business, with at its core… the customer and the people that work for them…. I’ve never been so impressed with the detail and consideration for us as the end user…. Loui and Ali are absolute stars and once the dust settles they’ll be over I’ll be busting out the Christmas snowballs to thank them…Honestly you’ll never find a better company and group of people… I knew exactly what I wanted and with the help of Ali it is exactly what was installed. (Loui has a gift that needs to be seen to be believed. The precision in his craft is exceptional) During the install at the end of an arduous build…. It really brought us back into a joyful place. It’s been a couple months of using the space with the kitchen and it really has enhanced our lives…. I can’t recommend the business enough…

   Ali and team were amazing from start to finish and we always felt that we were in safe hands - so important with an investment like a kitchen refurb. They listened carefully to what we wanted and were responsive to our questions throughout the process. They employ skilled craftsmen who ensure the installation and finish is excellent.    Fantastic customer service level and a beautiful kitchen. Our new kitchen from Classic Kitchens is a piece of art, beautifully designed with all the small details thought of beforehand. We get many compliments from all guests who visit. The whole process from initial design to install was thoroughly explained with many updates along the way. They were flexible when a couple of things needed to be changed and it was nice to know they could accommodate any requirements. Bespoke dimensions for the cabinets gave us the desired floor to ceiling look we wanted and the all important extra storage space. There were a few on site design visits which gave me peace of mind that it would all go according to plan. Any issues in the design were ironed out well ahead of schedule. We were given many suggestions on layouts which all took into account how the end kitchen would actually be used. This really helped us to get to the most user friendly kitchen we have now. The installer Loui was a pleasure to have around and he has done a great job with the install. A real keen eye for detail he made sure every component was spot on and I really liked the way he was happy to spend the time to explain to me the techniques he was using. It’s great to see somebody take such pride in their work and the end result definitely shows this. To be honest everyone at Classic Kitchens was really nice and friendly and just made it feel like you were dealing with someone you had known for years. The experience with them was top notch. Ali went over and beyond what he needed to when I found myself in a tricky situation with my building works. He was super relaxed with a clear goal of making his customers life as easy as possible and thus ensuring an end happy user. Ali was incredibly professional and made the whole experience less stressful than it could have been and I am grateful to him for that. The appliances were sourced through Classic Kitchens as I wanted the convenience of going through one company. Ali being the honest guy he is on his own accord priced them below anywhere else I could find, I was very impressed with that. The pricing is very fair for the product and service received. The finish on the cabinets is high end and we got literally the texture we wanted. There were plenty of standard colours to choose from, though I wanted a particular hue from a well known paint manufacturer which to my pleasant surprise was an option Classic Kitchens provided. The internals of the drawers are real oak which is a nice touch and definitely adds a premium feel. The white worktop completes the look, the installers were professional and also meticulous with the finishing touches. I am very pleased with Classic Kitchens and would strongly recommend them.

   We couldn’t be happier to have gone through Ali and his team at Classic Kitchens. From the initial meetings to final fitting, everything was handled with professionalism and the utmost care. We were able to make the kitchen bespoke to our space and taste and Ali gave great suggestions to add to the final design and choices. The quality is superb and complimented by other builders and friends alike. The process and fitting was smooth. There is a real sense of a dedication from Classic Kitchens to make sure you are happy throughout. We’re thrilled with the final kitchen.

   We were introduced to Ali from Theo at the marble group. We arranged a meeting with Ali and he came over to our house. From the moment we met Ali we were sure we wanted to work with him. He took time out to understand what we were looking for in our kitchen and he listened to our every need. Our meetings from then onwards were like talking to family. He made everything so simple to understand as well as making valuable recommendations. He helped source our appliances with complete honesty on price and quality. With any renovation there are so many delays and issues but Ali accommodated the kitchen never causing any issues or delays himself. He worked with our builder in our absence and we had complete trust in him and his team. He delivered even during the pandemic ensuring all design and fitting was done safely. Any last minute changes were made promptly and hassle free. He honestly made this process so easy and brought back the excitement that was lost during a very stressful time. He reminded us why we started the project initially and our journey would not have been the same without him. The kitchen itself is a dream come true. The beauty says it all. But more importantly it's practical for our family. It has everything we need and is easy to manage and we love spending time cooking and eating as a family and that is all thanks to Ali and his team. I highly recommend classic kitchens for quality value and bespoke stunning kitchens.
