   If I could give a 1 I would. The “manager” Howard will tell you all sorts of lies to get you to buy a kitchen. Told me he spoke to his boss and got me a “special price” all lies. Wren price was actually better and better appliances on offer but only offered a dry fit and wanted as much of the kitchen in one place so decided to go with these crooks. I was told I’d get the best man he had to fit my kitchen, he sent a cowboy who turned up when he wanted and left me completely without any word in an unfinished. COWARD. Was excuse afree excuse always a funeral or kids crying or a cold. Howard washed their hands of it from the get go. He didn’t have the front to even reply to my complaint I had to go to head office which he called ahead of me just to try get his story in before me. Took months, 12 to be exact to finish my kitchen to a substandard level numerous fitters with ego and arrogance. I have them on my camera talking about me in a derogatory way with each other, just disgusting all round. Ended up £5k refund through the furniture ombudsman because of how bad it was . Please save yourself the agg and listen to me. Do not purchase from Magnet !!! They are nice for sales and sales only.

   Like the prior review our kitchen designer left mid way (Kestas). They told us that we could knock down a wall and we designed a whole kitchen around it. Come installation - we weren’t able to. So we had to redesign last minute and hope for the best… it wasn’t the kitchen we wanted. We had to refund a lot of parts and I had to run through line by line as magnet kept trying to overcharge us. The whole experience was very disappointing…

   Absolutely love my Kitchen! Thank you so much. The designer helped me get my dream kitchen and the quality is amazing. The service I recieved has been excellent. The new store manager is lovely and ave us excellent service throughout I would recommend this store.

   The service received from Magnet Loughton has been far from good. Initial design Consultant was helpful and we were confident in the service provided at the early stages. During the process this staff member left and it seems what we thought we had ordered was not what was delivered. Incorrect products delivered, faulty microwave delivered. This took weeks to rectify and extra expense not budget for. At one stage, we had the area manager round to view a poorly fitting units houseinf appliances, no solution was offered except cut off a bottom of a unit and stick it on. To be fair- we wanted to order additional units for our utility room and the manager Adam helped with this in a timely manner. Designer sunny kindly tried to help where other staff left but due to needing sign off and not having all history was help he could provide was limited. Area manager, rob and manager Adam repeatedly ignored emails and calls again and again. Refunds were not issued when due, dragging this experience out for all involved. Kitchen is fine. Whole experience was stressful, infuriating and disappointing . Not what expected when paying so much for a kitchen.
