Absolutely A1 service from Smiths of Loughton! I had foolishly damaged a detachable SKK pan handle by exposing it to the heat. The Smith's representative worked hard to source a replacement (from foreign parts I believe) and constantly kept me notified of progress. Totally satisfied with the replacement which was delivered promptly when available.
Ordered at 0730 Friday on line . The items were in the post at 0903 and arrived Monday morning. Well packaged. Fantastic service. I would use them again. Recommended strongly.
Went into smiths as the window display caught my eye the shop is magical it has a homely feel to it and the customer service is amazing! I could be in there all day so many interesting things to look at and a wide range of things for the home…kitchen ware is top!! I got talking to a man who goes pots to his friends …pots il be back soon this week infact amazing stuff!! Thankyou x
It's a very special shop this, they have an exceptionally wide range of very high quality products. The shopkeeper knows his stuff and really cares about getting you what you want, rather than the most expensive thing he can sell you. It's particularly good for sourcing quality gifts.
Extremely helpful, ordered some cutlery to match some I had bought years ago, they got in touch quickly afterwards to double check the type I had ordered really was what I wanted, and sent photos of the different types to confirm. Ordered goods on a Sunday, arrived on Wednesday, well packaged and looking great.
Superb clean shop, bright and cheerful, with COVID-19 directions and hand sanitiser. Good choice of goods, and excellent after sales service too!
Expensive but great quality. Lots of gift ideas. Brilliant selection of knives and some lovely crockery. Good for baking equipment. Friendly service.
