   Our new kitchen experience started so well ,discussed kitchen style and prices, at the store,..very friendly assistant came to our house and took measurements..then had a further meeting with us to discuss plans and fixtures etc. The quality of the products seemed very good. Our fitter has dealt with Magnet before and . was able to make good progress with the work. However he soon realised that the measurements were not correct and we had two cabinets the wrong size and an extra work top we didn't need. Magnet told us basically that it was our fault,we had to buy and collect two cabinets that would fit ourselves ...not even offered delivery.And certainly no refunds... despite relying on their professional measurement service. Incredibly unprofessional service! I will not be recommending this company to my friends. I think what was most upsetting was that they made us feel so valued...but then so badly let down. . Fortunately our builder has been brilliant throughout.

   We recently had a kitchen extension built and a Magnet kitchen installed with the help of Magnet Kitchens in Bexleyheath. Beatrice was very helpful throughout the process, from design to delivery. We found Magnet Kitchens to be flexible and accommodating—we were able to change delivery date several times as the extension work ran over, and change and remove elements when I changed my mind about taps and sinks. We got a very good price and were able to tick all of our must-have boxes within budget. The kitchen is as of today in full use and we’re loving it! Thank you Beatrice for your help and support.

   I paid £20k to Magnet Bexleyheath for a kitchen and received nothing but awful service. What was meant to be a 3-week installation in April is still unfinished months later, now in August. As part of the contract I paid for waste removal that never happened despite raising this issue several times to the team at the branch. I had to clear rubbish myself, and even caught their fitter dumping rubbish outside my neighbour’s house. Communication has been non-existent – staff admitted the failings but did nothing, and I was left chasing for months while being ignored. £20k for this level of service is unacceptable.

   Amazing kitchen from Magnet Bexleyheath We started looking for a beautiful kitchen late last year. Magnet is the only place that offers Japanese / Nordic style within our budget. Georgie and Beatrice from the Bexleyheath are really excellent. Georgie helped to bring our interior designer drawings to life (including tricky fish tank cabinet and display units). And Beatrice and I spent many hours fine tuning the plan, checking every detail. Really excellent service, very professional team. They were always there and responsive. What's more, they also provided a very cost effective deal that was more reasonable than other shops. There was a bit of delay in delivery because many of our items were customised. But it was well communicated and the shop manager Mike made sure we got our delievry as soon as possible. In the end, everything was worth the wait.

   Muhammad at Bexleyheath Magnet Kitchens was amazing from start to finish. He listened to what I wanted, created a stunning design, and took care of everything. The whole process was stress-free, and my new kitchen is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!

   Our initial experience in the office was good; a lovely team with creative ideas, and ready to help when needed. Unfortunately, it seems only the girls in the office care about Magnet's customers. We start having problems with the delivery team. They did not deliver all the appliances, the sink was missing in the list of ordered goods, and they delivered the wrong handles. The girls in the office tried their best to fix the mentioned issues. After a week and a half of waiting for a new delivery, we ended up with the wrong gas hob. Again the girls from the office tried to fix the issue; it took them a week to find out that the originally ordered gas hob is out of stock, and the delivery team decided to swap with another one. The delivered gas hob was an entirely different style, and we agreed with for a refund. Their poor internal communication caused a month delay and a lot of discomfort for the family. If you think the story ended up here, I can tell you that we are still waiting for a refund. More than one month passed, and their finance team can not manage to do a refund. The message which we received after one month of waiting states: "... as I mentioned earlier, it takes time to process it as it goes through various departments. The finance amount hasn’t been reduced just yet as things are now taking longer than usual due to reduced staff in our departments as some people are working from home or still on furlough." Magnet has serious problems in their company, and if you want to have additional stress in your personal life, then go ahead and buy kitchens from them.

   Absolutely terrible. Once they have your money they really couldn't care less. Issues with the design not rectified, staff shrug their shoulders saying things arent their problem. Full service, more like Full Circus. I would warn anyone off shopping at Magnet and especially off shopping at Magnet Bexleyheath
