Dear Magnet Trade Romford Team, I visited your Romford branch on Saturday around 12 p.m., as your website stated that the store is open on Saturdays. However, when I arrived, the shop was closed and no one answered the phone despite several attempts to call. This caused me inconvenience, as I had planned my visit based on the published opening hours. I would appreciate it if you could confirm your correct Saturday opening times and update your website to reflect them accurately to prevent this issue for other customers in the future. Do not trust their guarantee. When you are sold a kitchen by this outfit they will be very proud of their 20 year guarantee on their kitchen units. Do not trust them. They will not honour the guarantee should you have a fault and will do all they can to put you off claiming. Never again Magnet.
