   On the off chance that Billy and his company are still trading (which surely can't be the case as the reason our kitchen was never finished was due to him stating he was bankrupt) I thought i would finally leave a review. We met with Billy in April a couple of years ago to discuss fitting a new kitchen along with a few other bits of work. He came across very well and came back to speak to us half a dozen times over the next few months before we decided to use his company. We agreed on a fitted kitchen along with some designs for our dijing room and he was also going to take down our chimney stack which was part of the kitchen to make more room. The work was due to start in October and last 6 weeks. We went away for a week so he could take down the chimney as it was the messiest job and within 2 hours we were contacted to say there was an issue with the works, they needed something to ensure they could remove the chimney and that it would cost x amount extra. You would have thought this would have been thought of already but nonetheless, we agreed to pay the extra cost. By the time we got back, not much else had been done. Over the next 10 weeks, Billy and a young employee arrived just before lunch, did a bit of work and left around 3 each day. The work was of poor quality, different at times to what we agreed and every time, Billy would say it would be finished to the highest quality during the snagging. Anything that was the wrong size or product, he blamed on the Companies he was using and promised it would all be rectified. By April or May the year after, we were still waiting for him to deliver and fit quite a few major parts of the kitchen. In his defense, he claimed we had received extra or larger cupboards than we were quoted for. I simply referred to his designs and the 3d imaging and VR kitchen he showed us to say if that was the case, we would only have had half a kitchen, he was the professional who had screwed up his measurements and that the fault laid with him. Eventually, after promising us everything would be delivered and completed even though he was going into receivership or bankruptcy (can't remember the exact wording he used but considering the shoddy work, it wasnt a surprise) he ghosted us and just stoppped picking up. A truly horrible experience and I can only hope that no one else had gone through this since

   We had Kitchen Lusso London carry out our renovation work to knock through to create open plan Kitchen, dining room, utility room, new flat roof and new kitchen. The project was proposed to take 5 weeks start to finish, but unfortunately never finished and left us in a shocking unliveable state after 12 weeks. Billy Lee, (company director) undertook most of the work himself along with various unskilled labourers, and as a result the standard of work was appalling. No aspect of the project got finished which included electrics, plumbing, plastering, roof, kitchen and everything was of a really poor standard. Unfortunately they were incapable of delivering the high standard of work promised by Billy. Many aspects of the kitchen were incorrect and not what we agreed or chose. Appliances were incorrect and cheaper versions of what we agreed with Billy. And considering we chose our kitchen from a Kitchen Lusso London brochure with a specific kitchen range, we were shocked to discover our kitchen was supplied from Howdens! Electrics were left with no lighting in certain areas and in a dangerous state with the new builders finding live and exposed wires left. They have described the work as the worst they have ever seen. Billy, when challenged consistently re-assured us saying the work will be completed to the promised high standard, but never addressed the issues and said everything was snagging which would be completed at the end of the job. We now know he was just drawing out the process to attempt to get more money from us. This has been a horrendous and costly experience for me and my family. No care or pride was taken in the work and Billy is an extremely dishonest and untrustworthy individual and should cease trading.

   The kitchen now is nice but I am quite disappointed with the service. A work that was meant to last 5 days, ended up lasting 3 weeks. Communication was very poor in general, they would say one thing but ended up being the other. I heard 'Tomorrow would be the last day of work' for over a week. They said they would provide a lot of things which at the end they didn't. Painting works was poor. They would arrive late every day (even for 2+ hours). Work in general was super slow. They did not finish the works. We thought it was finished and sent the last payment but shortly after we noticed some things were left loose, or not properly fitted. At first they said for a couple of days they would come back, but then they just ignored messages, calls or emails. Haven't heard back from them.
