Avoid it completely, there are no experts understanding your needs and what they should offer. It was completely waste of my time.
I wish there were more stars. We have been closely working with Jack Cooper from Sevenoaks Branch and it has been a true delight. For our HMO development project, We approached him for Kitchen order 4 weeks ago and he managed to sort out joinery, doors, flooring and the list goes on. He is very professional, has amazing design skills and on top of it business savvy. We have now placed several orders with Magnet, all credit to him. Seldom you find people whose care for the business they work for and at the same time provide exceptional customer experience. He is our go to person for all the trade and kitchen needs. Terrible customer service. After having fitting issues we are over 12 months down the line and still have a dishwasher cupboard that keeps falling off. They have replaced it 4-5 times and even though it’s within warranty and the fitters have said it’s an installation problem which requires one whole side of the kitchen to be reinstalled, here we are over a year later still waiting for them to sort it out. Cannot say I wild ever recommend
jack smashed it and tailored the design brilliantly.
