   Nice enough kitchen but communication throughout was difficult. The planning stage took months. After sales was not up to standard. Items were missing during delivery, with no sheet to check as the items were delivered, everything was flat pack with no option of assembled cabinetry given during the consultation process resulting in a more expensive fitting process and the wrong oven was delivered and subsequently fitted. The company didn't was to know about it and have washed their hands of the matter. Would not recommend to anyone. Steer clear

   Disappointing after sales service.I bought a kitchen in June this year for delivery in Nov once build was finished. Sales and design was good but after sales service was terrible. Parts of my kitchen were missing and I had several visits to the showroom once my fitter was on site to try to locate missing parts, hinges, fixing kits, kitchen tap, interior panels etc,. I'm glad I don't live too far from sevenoaks otherwise I would have had to pay the fitter extra days to come back. Zane the manageress had absolutely no interest in following up bits of the order, calling me back when parts did finally arrive or calling back generally. It was easier to go to the showroom, as then, at least one of the other helpful more junior staff helped to locate the bits my fitter needed.

   Apparently rated as the cheapest/best value of the major kitchen outlets it certainly looks the part with a modern showroom displaying many kitchens with plenty having on trend names as well as up to the minute colours of the units/cabinetry. Staff appeared knowledgeable and at ease with the clever software that produced plans within moments of the lengthy and thorough fact-finding process. It looks as if my partner and myself will become customers pending the final drawings as well as the pricing and final measurement.

   We highly recommend Magnet. Our kitchen is lovely, service has been superb and the design absolutely amazing. We had a similar kitchen quote from another company but chose Magnet purely because if how helpful, on the ball and the design skills of Paula. Paula, you’re amazing!
