Cheap as chips. Lovely staff and fantastic food. Can't beat the early afternoon special. Small fish and chips £4.50 brilliant value for money.
Absolutely ace. Fish and chips always made to order, not too oily and as you can see oil marks on the inside of the box are minimal, crispy batter and fluffy inside. Lovely soft and fluffy chips too and nice peas. No wonder the locals love them and they’re winning awards. Well-priced as well and always worth the trip from Manchester.

I love good fish and chips and I have to say this place is pretty good. Nice chips and fish was tasty. Curry sauce went really well. You have to order in advance to make sure the fish is there. However, I ordered a large fish but was given two small pieces of fish and one part was crispy thin. If you don’t have the right fish the. You shouldn’t serve it and be honest about it. I don’t live in Bolton and I’m only here for the weekend from London otherwise I’d be back there to share my feedback. Get that right and I agree you’re a pretty good fish and chips shop.
