   We have made many visits to the branch & without exception all the staff particularly Chris, Scott & a lovely lady have been really approachable, polite & exceptionally knowledgeable. Roy the designer has been friendly, professional, always responding promptly to questions & giving sound advice. Despite repeated requests for alternative tweaks to ranges, colours etc even at the last minute, everyone has displayed sincere patience & polite professionalism making us feel valued customers, thank you to you all.
