   I had a very bad experience with your service. I been send some documents with UPC i was told i will receive the tracking number after 30 minutes . However, I did not receive anything. The next morning, I called to we ask what’s going on they said will send you now but again nothing happened . After that I tried calling multiple times (at least 6), and each time, the call was either ignored or disconnected. I even visited in person around 3 PM. I gave my details again and was told I would receive it before closing time. Still, I received nothing. The customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. No one seems to take responsibility, and I felt that staff were just saying “yes” to move me along without actually helping. It felt like no one cared about resolving my issue. I’m very disappointed with this experience and the way I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve your customer service
