   The developer worked with Commodore Kitchens to get and install the kitchen cabinets, and one of the doors got damaged during the installation. It took them 5 months to send a replacement for the damaged door, and even then it was a wrong colour.

   Been trying to make contact for 3.5 months. No service whatsoever. Followed the steps re sending in a form they request for personal work to be done and you never hear back. Have not resolved developer snagging issues either . Very poor and empty promises

   10 Miserable Years with Commodore Kitchens It’s been a full decade since we moved into the Aura development, where a Commodore-designed kitchen had been fitted. What we hoped would be a quality, lasting kitchen quickly turned into a cycle of recurring problems and constant disappointment. The cabinet doors that expected to be durable, began peeling within just a few years. They were replaced, but the replacements have now started peeling again. Despite assurances that improved materials and a lasting solution were used, we are once again facing the exact same problem with the exact same doors. Communication throughout has been slow, and every resolution has felt more like a short term fix than a genuine commitment to quality or customer satisfaction. Ten years on, we’re left with a kitchen that looks worn and tired, not from heavy use, but from subpar materials. I would not recommend Commodore Kitchens to anyone seeking durability, reliability, or peace of mind.

   Such a bad company, Please do not use. They damaged my fridge freezer during installation and fitted a slanting fridge freezer cabinet . At first i thought i would just managed but this destroyed my fridge freezer. when i complained to them to com fix it. they responded to say the warranty was over even though i sent them an expert engineer report from Domestic and general showing they has damaged and badly installed the fridge, but they still refused, the customer service agent by name Josh Ward was unbelievably rude to me. Do not do business with them. crooked thieves. ignore them see attached pictures and engineers report

   their kitchen doors started to peel within months in our new build flat and they replaced them at first. but they still peel off and have done for years. they don't seem to be able to fix this issue and now want to charge for replacements as they are out of warranty. but if you haven't fixed the problem and they still peel how can you charge? really poor service with no regard for customer satisfaction. what a horrible way to run a business. Why wouldn't you want to help a client if your product is faulty?

   If i could give no stars i would, these guys have fitted my kitchen unit with LED lights that can only be replaced by electrical profesionals. There is no access to replace the lights - to do that you would have to remove the entire kitchen unit!!! When contacting them to resolve this they say i'm out of warrantee - the flat is 3 years old - European standards states that there should be a 10 Year warrantee on this kind of work. Had to call them 4 times, evertime speaking to someone else - very appologetic and promising to call me back or email me - nothing came of this... So now i'm left with the mess! I would avoid at all costs. From the pictures you can see that the wires have been soildered into the lights and the wire goes directly behind the kichen cabinit with no way of accessing the "chocolate box" where if i had access to this, i would easily be able to change the light fitting myself. Absolutely rediculous that they will not take responsibility for this shoddy work.

   My kitchen units are falling apart due to their poor quality and they are now quoting me £420 to replace the them, utterly outrageous considering they’re selling such awful quality units. No wonder they only guarantee them for 2 Years! Quite a few of the other apartments in my building are experiencing the same with their kitchen units. Purchase from here with caution.
