   Firstly, the greeter in the door kept leaning around me to touch the menu screen on my behalf without being asked for his input - bizarre behaviour. Mainly however, is the fa r that it cost £37 for some mediocre chicken and chips with some of the order just completely missing. When asked about it at the counter we were told that those items were not available today and he didn't know how we were able to select them on the menu (well, because they were there to select - we selected and paid for them). No explanation given at the point of collecting the food - we weren't told the times were missing so presumably, we were just expected to pay for some things and just not be given them (?). When asking for a refund in the two missing items we were told we couldn't have a refund, we could choose something from the sides instead and we're then offered chips or rice. We already had six portions of chips that came with the initial order ...... Then there was no sauce to live up the very bland beige offering. I asked for some sauce and was told, off handedly, that it was 'over there' pointing to where the serviettes are kept. If course, no there wasn't so I had to go back again and point this out. Jeez. How hard is it. I never use this KFC btw. The last (and only ever time) I went to the seafront KFC (Ocean Plaza) Southport, they missed half the order out and my cup of coffee was just a cup of hot water. I went back three times on that occasion to get the errors corrected. I got hot water with milk added as one of the corrections. Just BAD. We only went there today because Macdonald's was closed and we'd just been to the cinema. NEVER AGAIN! I've complained and am waiting for an email.

   As Plazas go, it's better than that nightmare on Elm Street. Quite a few local businesses have started up in the piazza, and they're holding their own against the regulars—Premier Inn, Brewers Fayre and I think it's Vue cinemas now—making this praça into a classical traditional British náměstí. A soft four stars when you catch it in the sunshine ☀️⭐⭐⭐⭐

   We went for a meal at lunch time to the Brewers Fayre £6. Per meal with a great choice for pensioners . With a small change for pudding plus drink total cost for 2 £21 fantastic value great service friendly staff

   I visit this establishment on mother's day bad idea menue very limited very poor service was awful not enough staff. Tables were numbered wrong so food went to all the wrong tables. Ordered desert never arrived ordered steak with sauce, the sauce never turned up. Spoilt my day very disappointed

   You get three hours free parking at the retail park and this leisure park is across the way. It features the usual leisure facilities of a cinema, bowling and eatery chains. The retail park is anchored by a tired looking Dunelm’s and Matalan, which should tell you all you need to know. Just welcome the three hours free parking and dive right in!

   Fantastic place to park up and enjoy southport, local bowling, soft play, restaurants and across the road a few shopping places for mum and dad to nip into, on the doorstep of the beach with easy access ramp to the promenade. Free - 3 hours parking a huge plus +++

   Great place to park up and visit the local shops, cinema, bowling alley. There is a gym and children's playcentre (playtown). Parking is free for up to 3 hours but suggest logging your reg if visiting the cinema for a long film. The road surface recently needs some attention but will update to 5 stars once that has been fixed.
