   Last year, 2024, we decided to renovate our kitchen to a user friendly kitchen. Joanne came and visited, took note of what we needed and designed a kitchen which is perfect. Installed by Aiden and Mike. Extremely pleased with the result. This year, 2025, we visited Swans again to replace our bathroom to a shower room. This time, Sarah was the designer, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Again installed by Aidan and Mike. Another first class job. I would recommend Swans as they are a local company and the service and attention are top notch!

   What a joke, meant to have my kitchen done in November 2 weeks they said, now its March still not finished as doors turned up damaged, splash backs cut wrong and needed re ordering ( still waiting) extractor fan doesn’t work, been told last 4 weeks an engineer will come out and fix it but still not turned up. So 4 months later and kitchen still not finished and now they are not replying to any contact.

   We have been very impressed with the service we received from Swans of Gravesend, from our initial enquiry right up to after the installation. Having never had major works like this done before, we were pleased with how any concerns we had were dealt with. The process was made so much easier with the professionalism of all the staff, from the bathroom designer through to the fitter. We must give a special mention to Simon, who installed the bathroom - he went above and beyond, to ensure that every little detail of the fitting was perfect. A big thank you to everyone at Swans.

   After having poor experiences with poor advice and design from other kitchen studios / suppliers, we found Swans via an internet search. Absolutely thrilled that we did! Harry enhanced our kitchen design with some wonderful and imaginative ideas. Communication through the whole process has been nothing short of brilliant. Swans have gone beyond the call of duty in these difficult times to source our desired appliances which are nationally in short supply. The end result is beautiful and beyond our expectations.    Family owned shop, that treats you like a real person. They Make you feel comfortable and relaxed and you can have an honest open chat about your needs and budget. They can design your kitchen for you from scratch , or play around with an existing design you may have. They are ALWAYS ready to adjust or discuss the design to make sure it fits within your budget and style. We took a design In with us , and after playing around with it they have given us more options that we hadn't thought of. We have a tight budget, but as I said earlier they can offer alternative fixtures/ fittings without compromising on quality and the style you want. They are there to HELP YOU get what YOU WANT.
