   I fitted an 18-unit Wren kitchen in a garage conversion I built back in 2021, and it looked fantastic. The total cost was under £5,000, including most of the electrical appliances. Because of that positive experience, I recently purchased another flat-pack Wren kitchen for a flat renovation. This time it was an 11-unit kitchen costing £2,600, again including the dishwasher, cooker, hob, and extractor. I’ve found Wren Kitchens to offer excellent value, especially if you’re willing to assemble the units yourself. While the units aren’t at the very top end of the market, the doors have a quality, high-end appearance. The soft-close hinges are some of the best I’ve installed, and on the rare occasions when something arrived damaged, customer service with the use of the app resolved the issue promptly and without any hassle, replacing without question or quibble. For the price you pay, I don’t think you’ll find better value in a kitchen.

   I had a good experience buying my bedroom furniture with the help of Ghalib Rahman (Iby). From the first meeting during the measure-up, he was friendly, attentive, and mindful of my budget. He wasn’t a pushy salesman which I appreciated. He understood that I wanted the room to look good but also be practical, and he worked perfectly within that. Iby kept me updated all the way through and even helped expedite the delivery. The delivery team were also great — friendly, efficient, and got everything safely up to the first floor. The charter pack was a real help when it came to fitting. The after-sales team were equally good and helped me resolve a small issue quickly and without any hassle. Overall, recommended.

   Our experience with Wren has been extremely disappointing. We truly regret engaging with Wren kitchens, designer ruined what was supposed to be our dream kitchen. His promises were empty, and we feel misled by his words. It’s unfortunate to discover such a lack of honesty and reliability. I hope you don’t treat other customers the same way. We spoke to the store manager, but it seems their main focus is meeting sales targets rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. We only chose to use external fitters because the designer misled us into believing it would be more cost-effective. Now, the blame is being placed on the fitters, and the replacement items are taking far too long to arrive with something missing every time. Don’t be misled by their discounts there are other high-street kitchen manufacturers who are far more trustworthy and reliable. We placed our order in 1st week of August, and it’s now November. We’re still living without a kitchen. If you want the same frustrating experience, then go with Wren.

   Our experience with Wren has been nothing short of a nightmare from the moment we signed the contract. The installation team was shockingly lazy and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the sales staff in the showroom made countless mistakes. They showed us one bedroom design before signing, but then gave us an outdated version to sign — something we only realised after installation began. Now, just three months after the bedroom was installed, one of the door hinges has already come loose, leaving the door unsecured. The overall quality of the materials is shockingly poor and feels very cheap, far below what we expected for the price we paid.

   Had a relatively positive experience design in my kitchen despite extremely high staff turnover. Three years later, my kitchen is absolutely fallen apart. I have already replaced the cupboards over my hob three times (Meaning, I’m also incurring the cost of having these fitted), I have contacted his customer service several times and receive no response.

   Very good experience in store, kitchen designer took great care designing our kitchen. Sadly let down by the hobbiest kitchen fitters. Pretty bad kitchen installation, leaking sink, extractor fan 6mm out from being straight, some shoddy trim cuttings.

   From start to finish our consultant Eleanor from the Lakeside branch was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, she explained everything clearly and concisely and where we were unsure she made suggestions to help with the design. We had a damaged oven and Customer Services were not responding. We reached out to Eleanor who promptly dealt with it for us. It made the whole experience an absolute pleasure and I would highly recommend Wren. If you are going to the Lakeside branch ask for Eleanor - you will get first class service! Thank you Eleanor for your excellent knowledge and patience.

   We were left to complete the kitchen extension with our remaining and future savings and the money we'd put aside for the new kitchen after our builder made off with our money. 2 years on and we'd come to fit the kitchen but with no money, what to do? On recommendation we visited WREN (Thurrock) who designed a beautiful kitchen to fit our budget and then arranged for 4 years interest free credit. The service from design to delivery was fantastic and we were kept informed all the way. At last our nightmare was coming to an end. Being a DIYer, the flat-pack option allowed me to put the kitchen in myself ans saved storage space. These quality units were so easy to put together; the instructions are very simple. A broken drawer runner and some missing plastic cover plates were the only issues but these were delivered to us the next day. Cracking! We now have a BEAUTIFUL kitchen. Without WREN's help we would still be without a kitchen. Thank you so much.We will recommend you.
