I am deeply disappointed and appalled by the behavior of one of Reflex Office Products' drivers this morning on Hallam St in central London. The driver decided to take a nap in his large van, complete with a pillow, blocking two valuable pay and display spaces. When approached and politely asked if he could move to a vacant resident's spot, he was not only dismissive but also displayed a rude attitude. His demeanor was such that I genuinely felt concerned for my safety. While I cannot speak for the quality of Reflex Office Products' offerings, the behaviour of their employees on the streets is a reflection of their company values. If they employ individuals who act in such an anti-social manner, it raises questions about how they treat their customers. My company will certainly think twice before considering them for any business in the future. I urge potential customers to be wary.
