Rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even make eye contact while talking to me, which made the entire interaction feel dismissive and disrespectful. Definitely not the kind of experience I expect basic courtesy was clearly missing.
This lady from Huddersfield was working in the Leeds brows branch today and she was very rude kept touching my face and hair and also has done a horrible job with the brows. She has made them uneven and she has also split some of my eyebrow hair off. I am so disappointed
Brows always does it for me. Started using them from Glasgow, and I have traced them here in Leeds as well. No one does it better.

Was a tiny bit expensive but for Really great quality nails it’s worth the price. The woman was really soft and gentle with my girlfriends hands and didn’t hurt her once. Will be going back again!
Just had my eyebrows waxed at this place and had a massive chunk of my eyebrow waxed off. They’ve then tried to cover it up with eyebrow tint and just made them even worse. I now have two massive block eyebrows with a huge patch took out of them. And to add insult to injury they tried telling me it must be because I have a vitamin deficiency. Honestly feel like a mug for even paying. I’ve been to this place for quite a while now for eyebrow waxing but won’t be going back as it is atrocious what they’ve done to my eyebrows. Fuming.
