   Went in today for the first time to get my acrylic nails taken off and the guy that attended to me did a really good work. He was also delicate as I have told him that some nails were sore. I really appreciated the service.

   My daughter and friends went to get acrylic nails done for the holidays. They looked great. All paid between £32 -£38 for them. Unfortunately after 6 days they started to fall off! I have never had a set of acrylics done that fall off! By day 10 only 3 nails left!. A good set should stay on needing infills after 2-3 weeks not fall off after 1 week!!! We went back to see if they would give a voucher towards a new set to be done but they became rude saying nothing can be done! Don't waste your money!. You can buy stick on nails that last longer and save you money!

   Took my daughter for her nails painting with a pattern on for her birthday. For them to peel off within 10 minutes of her having them on luckily we was in town still and went straight back. They tried to put it on again but I told them I wanted a refund. Which I then got a mucky luck and the refunded. As I have seen other reviews it’s not the first time this has happened.

   I complained as man using electric manicure kept grazing my skin I told hIm to be careful but he continued. I requested another person to continue. I got my procedure and said I will reduce price dur to sore fingers from the electric manicure. They told me no 5 reduction I paid and they basically said don’t come back as I am rude. If a person is injured by their employee are you supposed to be happy !!! Customer service does not exist in this shop. The usual speaking in their language and being silent to customer

   Had my eyelashes done today, absolutely rubbish, they really cheap & over the top, I asked for natural ones these looked like drag queens !! could have saved my money, they sell better quality in the pound shops !!
