   Happy with my purchase. Chair arrived in a pristine condition, delivered person was courteous and brought the chair to the first floor for me as I have a back issue. I just needed to oil the mechanisms because the chair was a bit still when I tried to adjust but after that it's been perfect for my health condition.

   I was skeptical they were even legit at first but decided to risk it, and am very glad I did. The chair I ordered retails for roughly £1100-£1200, and they delivered mine at £440 total, its in perfect refurbished condition exactly as described, can't fault the product or platform one bit. The experience with customer service/support chat gives me the 4/5 as I had some issues communicating with them. Due to my job I had to make sure it could be delivered on a day I would be available to accept delivery, and there was some misunderstanding in my initial chats with support. I did feel somewhat uncomfortable with placing the order due to the organisation being not as well-known, and they did little to reassure me, which would have gone a long way. They also promised a confirmation email that my delivery would be scheduled on the day I requested, and although they did deliver it on my special requested day, there was no confirmation email sent. Overall a good experience and a great deal, definitely recommend if you're looking to get a high-end chair for the long term but the full price is out of your budget.

   I was a bit worried about the refurbished chair, unsure what to expect. The chair looks (nearly) like the brand new one. I’m extremely happy with the purchase and the entire process. I was informed about the delivery and received it on time. Bonus points to the courier who helped me to bring the chair inside the house! It was heavy and big! Overall, I’m very satisfied.

   Amazing price for the Herman Miller chair I ordered. Around £1200 value as it was a fully specced one, but I paid £349 refurbished. You wouldn't know it wasn't new other than one spot on one leg where someone rested their foot on it. Stunning chair, super comfy and great customer service.

   I bought a refurbished Steelcase Leap and the quality was excellent. After finding it a bit uncomfortable (a problem with me after years of bad posture, not the chair!) they offered to exchange it for another chair for free. I then changed my mind again after it started feeling comfier and they cancelled the exchange for me at late notice with no complaints. Really appreciate the great customer support, can't recommend them enough!

   I ordered a refurbished Haworth Zody for £350 and it arrived a day earlier than expected. Getting the chair early was a nice bonus but the best part is certainly the chair itself. It is wonderfully built, comfortable and I have had no issues using any of its intended features. If I need another chair in the future for myself or a friend/family member I would have no hesitation recommending Corporate Spec.
