Absolutely brilliant. We booked an airport run for two people, luggage and an electric mobility scooter. The day before we went they rang and said the lady taking us wanted to check that we could get everything in the car, nobody has ever done that. The Polish lady taxi driver was brilliant and helpful with the luggage and the price we paid was reasonable and worth every penny. This is the only taxi company I will use in the future for anything. Fantastic.
Best taxi company in Worksop, won't use any others!! Always on time and if they're ever behind, they let me know! Definitely worthy of a 5 star rating. Excellent service and drivers are always punctual. All the drivers are courteous and make you feel at ease while travelling. No other taxi company can compare to Phoenix Cars.
Phoenix are the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I use them frequently and they’ve never let me down. The cars are clean, they’re always on time, text updates are sent and I always feel safe on every journey. Martyn is a great guy and nothing is ever too much trouble for him.
Best taxi company in Worksop, arrive on time every time, taxis are very very clean and drivers are very helpful and chatty. The phone operative is brill too she is polite and helpful excellent customer service skills!! By far the cheapest taxi in Worksop too which is also a winner for me! Won’t use anywhere else now.
I wanted a taxi and was recommended these. They didn't disappoint. They turned up when booked and the driver was very friendly. The car was clean and the trip went without a hitch. I will definitely use them again. Thank you to Martyn who was the driver. He looked after me and as I don't move very fast I found him very helpful and very patient.
Great company, clean cars,lovely friendly drivers, i travel alone or with my son and always feel safe with this company. Kept updated on the booking/arrival times and the office staff are always polite and helpful when you call. Pay by card is available which is fantastic in an emergency . Highly recommend!!
