Was supposed to pick my mum up at 2.15am to do an airport run. Didn’t pick them up ended up having to wake up my partner to take them, absolute disgrace to say you will provide a service then let people down in the middle of the night

I used these guys for my wedding and they ripped me off. I paid them a few hundred quid to have two taxis on standby for wedding guests and sent them numbers and where people were going, which they told me they were happy with. They agreed to reimburse me an amount, but after the wedding they then told me that because i didnt give an exact time that individual people would leave or ensure people were paying with cash i would recieve no money back. This was the first time this was mentioned. And its a wedding-people dont know the exact time there leaving. Neither of these terms were what we agreed when we booked them. When i chased up the money they were also really rude. Dont use these cowboys, its not worth losing precious money when times are hard .
Our driver Darek, was very pleasant and extremely punctual for both outward and return journey, would definitely use again and recommend.
