Joke of a company. Booked a taxi that didn’t turn up. When tried to call back no answer despite over 10 calls. Left a vulnerable girl alone in a town centre. Would NOT recommend.
Called for a taxi from Retford station. Chubby taxi driver arrived promptly. Stated destination but took me to a “new estate” with same road name. The geezer charged me £19.00 for a 5.5 mile trip!!! Was not happy to pay full fare but he called the police. I paid the full fare as the police threatened to arrest me. Don’t worry pal I will go out of my way to take this to the next level. Thief
Poor service. Quoted a price on the phone for a short journey. Male taxi driver tried to charge us much more than quoted, when we queried the price was abrupt and sarcastic. Will never use again.
Booked a taxi on behalf of my girlfriend, waited 40 minutes past the later time quoted as they " couldn't get hold of the driver" to later be told that I was a liar for not passing on a message to her that the so called "non contactable driver " gave. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
