100% amazing taxi company highly recommended they took my disabled child who is blind they spike to her letting her know when she was nearly at school they guided her into school and on to a seat they made sure she didnt leave anything behind and even helped her when she dropped something 100% use again
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far, far away from this taxi company. There was absolutely no mention beforehand that they couldn’t take card payments, but as soon as the ride began and it was politely asked if card was accepted, the driver abruptly and bluntly said “no” and continued to drive after being informed that the passenger had no cash. Instead of offering a solution, the driver pulled over at a petrol station and forced the passenger to ask strangers and workers for cash whilst reminding them to hurry up. When it was suggested that they’d rather just get out of the taxi if card couldn’t be used, the driver ignored the request and continued to insist. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. The driver’s attitude was rude – it felt like they were almost looking for ways to make the whole situation as uncomfortable as possible. Miserable and not worth a single penny – if you’re looking for a smooth, respectful experience, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
Previously had bad experiences with booking taxis in Worksop and them not turning up. Was incredibly impressed with Nunns. Arrived exactly on time for both journeys and couldn’t have been more friendly to travel with. Thanks
This firm needs shutting down... I've reported them. They're an absolute disgrace and an embarrassment to the local community and licenced private hire. The way they speak to you and crash the phone down accusing you of having an attitude, when they are the ones with the attitude problem. All I did, was make a simple straightforward request and I was told not to ring them again. Needs a change of management .
Such a great taxi service, and all importantly they are SO RELIABLE!! Ive used them for years now, and just cannot recommend them highly enough.
I called for a taxi from Nunn's and was told 15mins. I called again after no show for 30 minutes to be told driver on way just a couple of minutes, 45 minutes in total the driver finally showed up and charged £8 to go just over ONE MILE! to take a poorly child to hospital! Was lied to on the phone and charged far more than other taxis in Worksop.
We used this company from our hotel to a party venue (The Innings). The Taxi (Both Ways) were on time. Were clean and presentable (Important to us) and reasonably priced! The Drivers were both pleasant and polite and were a credit to your company. Will definitely use again if in Worksop!
Very unreliable company, i had to reach somewhere and it was time sensitive. I changed my booking time to 20 mins early by calling their operator more than 12 hours before my departure, the operator took my message and didn’t action on it neither did he write it down for next person on shift, I missed my important appointment just because that guy messed up, when I called in the morning it was a different person and they had no idea about changed time request. I would never rely on them again.
