Can highly recommend! He arrived early but didn’t push us to hurry. Got us there in great time. We had a return booked for 11:50pm but we decided to leave a few hours earlier. I texted him and it was no problem at all. Really nice man and was chatting away with us.
Called, said he had availability... Said he would call back... Then wouldn't answer the phone for 3 days... No reply to any text messages. Poor service sorry
100% best we’ve been with me and my partner was stuck on a Friday night no other taxi could get us but g cars went above and beyond to make sure we got home during a urgent matter would defiantly recommend
I give 5 stars because Lee who was my driver was very helpful and very respected on what was a very upsetting day. He arrived in plenty of time to take me to my brothers funeral, and was very respectful through the journey there and back. Thank you so much Lee your a gentleman.
Extremely Poor service with an aggressive driver. Do not use this company unless desperate. Look at the 1 star scores do not trust these drivers. Quote one price not the other then be aggressive when questioned. Not recommended. I do not class saying that £16 is excessive when quoted £9.20 as being an insult. Maybe the quote wasn’t from you, my mistake, however you are still extortionate and do not deserve a good review for this reason alone. As your customer, ie paying, I have every right to question this at the time. I asked your driver why he was being aggressive, why if I was supposedly throwing insults would I do that??? So long as you are happy ripping customers off and acting aggressive when questioned, I shall review you as very poor. Judging by the response your staff take their customer service from you.
