Worst taxi service I have ever used. Booked through the app, the provider doesn't even pick up the phone when I rang to see where my taxi was. Poor service, poor quality, and a no show. Some serious quality control is needed for this company.
I booked taxi today to Birmingham airport Car was very clean and helpful driver. Taxi fare was more cheaper then any other company in Nottingham. Definitely recommend to my friends. Thanks forestcars for nice ride.
Started off great although quite was a bit over priced, confirmed booking via text when booked a week in advance. Car was a no show, no answer from 01623, 0115 or the mobile number. Avoid!
Good service as far as phone then no taxi, and no answer on phone, left me a three mile walk while I'm recovering from a broken leg, rubbish taxi firm avoid as its quicker by bus or on foot
Booked a 5 seater cab from Newark to Mansfield.Initially good service in that got a confirmation text.Rang them and was told cab would be 10 minutes but it never arrived and then operator would not answer the phone.Very poor service.Wont be using them again.Avoid.
