   MD70…Toyota picked up from badsley moor lane I was behind him he just pulled out without any indication when I beeped horn he put emergency stop trying to cause an accident deliberately with kids sitting at the back in his car and then took his hand out in front of his customers and children to show me middle finger.what disappointment to the customer service I’ve got dash cam video will be sending to the council

   I have used One call Taxis of Rotherham on Three occasions within one week so far this week. I can not fault them, from first call to book, to getting the service I required, never a problem. Courteous, prompt, patient at all times. My needs were based around Hospital/Therapy sessions. As you can appreciate, mobility issues for myself have been troublesome, but to the Drivers, not an issue, even when I stood in the wrong pick up point outside Hospital today, a quick call from the office to myself to advise the driver was waiting, soon had the Driver insist to stay where I was, he would pick me up from the spot. Excellent Service from One Call, I will always be using them and highly recommend them. Thank You One Call Rotherham

   The service is slow and very bad. They lied to me for 45 minutes that the taxi was coming and dispatched it after that. Even when they are shirt on drivers, they will lie and say that we have booked your taxi and will make you wait for more than an hour. I was unable to attend my meeting because for their bad service.

   Literally booked a taxi 2 hours in advance to pick me up and take me to work. Taxi turned up 11 minutes late which meant that I was late for work. I mean … seriously … with 2 hours notice and they can’t even be a little bit early. I was in the office last week and the guy behind the desk asked me to start recommending OneCall to colleagues - I’m afraid that I won’t be doing that, we need people to be on time!

   DISGUSTING!! Good job gold star and Martini were here for us… to take our disabled friend home because this firm ..actually turned up..then drove off when they realised our friend was a stroke victim !! Absolutely vile!! This firm should be shut down how much they upset people!!!

   Taxi drive was so rude to me never have I felt unsafe in a taxi as I just did . Cause didn't have full payment he tried to kick me out half way to my journey when I was only going from kimmy to masbrough and then took my phone will never get again

   My wife and I used "Fast 4's" Taxi's for almost a decade, and have continued since late 2019 when the company became part of "One Call". The all-round, excellent service we always enjoyed from Fast 4's has continued with One-Call. We have regular hospital visits and, due to disability, I can't get around without Taxi's. One-Call are aware of my difficulties and are always ready to go that extra mile to help. A company that respects It's regular customers Is a good company, by any standards. We've always been treated with kindness and respect from both drivers & booking staff. Great value and good arrival times are two of the most practical positives ( If they expect a late arrival time, they will say so). This Is why we've stayed with One-Call for so long and will continue to do so.
