   When we relocated to the UK from Pakistan with our 3-year-old son and 1.5-year-old daughter, it was challenging for the kids to adjust to the new environment. With both my wife and I working, we enrolled our children in Bouncing Bears Day Care. I cannot express how grateful we are for the support we received in helping our kids settle down. A big thank you to Bouncing Bears, especially Debbie, Emily, Jade, and others. Over the past year, they have provided us with exceptional support and maintained detailed journals of our kids, monitoring their development and identifying areas for improvement. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing educational environment for their children.

   My daughter went to this nursery as a child. Staff have always been supportive and friendly, it must be good as she chose to undertake her college placement here.College have checked regularly that education is maintained both to children and students. At one point outside caterers were bought in and everything that was not eaten was thrown out, however this had changed to children bringing in their own lunch. Any staff that work in the nursery undertakes CPD training which consists of various topics including food hygiene, SEND, health and Safety, first aid etc. the child’s development is paramount and all staff will assist with this. Ofsted check the facility and have provided a good rating. Would certainly recommend this facility

   i was sent her for work experience. as soon as i walked in i smelt cigarettes. i remember seeing two of the staff smoking right next door to the children where they would be playing. such a bad experience. i felt so bad for the kids. they deserved better than their environment they were in. the staff were always having mother meetings on tables near the kids but never playing with them teaching them ad monitoring them. i dont reccomend this place for any parent sending their child here. id give no stars if i could. its beyond human comprehension how they operate in such a manner like ur ill bro.
