Hopeless don't answer emails or phone promise to call back but never do what a joke of a company understand why 2 stars on Trustpilot for a reason
Very clean and efficient scan centre, made you feel at ease and explained everything.
I had a SPECT CT scan today and received the best care from Hasam who did the scan. I was on borderline having panic attack as I am very claustrophobic and he made sure I calmed down and stayed with me in the room the whole time. Without his care, I would have left and not gone through the scan.
The most unhelpful admin Carlos- I am only in London for two days he would not facilitate the scan during these two days and stopped responding at some stage
Great staff. Seen on time. Only took a couple of hours for a PSMA PET scan.
