Using Genova Diagnostics lab tests for around 15 years now for countless patients of both Kent Nutrition Clinic and Clinical Revelation throughout UK and Europe. The many Genova tests have proved invaluable in helping identify and understand root causes of all kinds of disease and symptoms, whilst we practitioners then use these results to help direct patient journeys to health and wellness. I and my colleagues at various clinics have nothing but praise for the extremely helpful and friendly team members at Genova Diagnostics and the excellent service that they provide. Awful experience, with SIBO test by Healthpath I ordered the test, I received the tests, provided the sampled and posted the test. Same test with Genova - received the test, a trip to pharmacy to get lactulose (why they cant provide it like other companies is beyond me), then did the test, followed long instructions to complete the form, then to schedule the pick up, then waiting for the pick up on the day scheduled. Same with Igg food test.. so much hassle trying to find a reliable phlebotomy service! cost me 2-3h just to coordinate phlebotomist with DHL collection cause phlebotomists working with Genova are incredibly unprofessional. Will not work with a doctor using Genova again.
I have worked with Genova Diagnostics for over 20 years and always found them to provide an excellent service, with back up support if needed. I continue to use them as my laboratory of choice.
I did a test with Genova Diagnostic and, while the test results came back pretty quickly, their account department is shocking. I contacted them repeatedly for a couple of months to make the payment and they kept referring me to my practitioner, which kept referring me to them. After I was told again I would have to pay my practitioner and they would have let me know, I did not hear anything back until 7 months after. I think that, especially when the cost of the tests is quite "important", this type of behavior is totally unacceptable.
We have been using Genova for 15+ years and have been very impressed with the level of customer service. They are very responsive to practitioner's questions and requests and the range of lab tests and innovations are great.
My first experience with Genova Diagnostics is a very positive one. My mother is working with a practitioner and we have ordered a test for her. As she doesn’t speak or write English and I live here in Uk it is hard to help her fill in all the paperwork. Have been calling Genova Diagnostics several times and all of the stuff are very helpful and Kind. Big thank you for your help Genova Diagnostics!
