   Most of the staff are very kind & caring except 2 who seemed not bothered about the pain I was in. The local anesthetic was not given enough time to work. The proceedure( vacuum biopsy)was absolute agony and had to be stopped, requiring further biopsies under sedation. I wonder if staff could bare my comment in mind. We all have different pain thresholds and some of us ( myself included) have existing Trauma as a result of medical investigation/ surgeries in the past.

   The receptionist was extremely abrupt. She certainly was totally the wrong person to be at the front desk for this type of clinic. People are nervous as it is, she had no compassion in her voice. Very rude. Then followed by a Dr Appt for my biopsy result. Who then told me they had made an error and taken it from the wrong place.. how can this happen? I have to go back in a week and do it all again. Has anyone else had this hapen to them? I am very worried.

   I came for a routine breast screening and the radiologist whose name I think was Savanna was brilliant. Because of her guidance during the procedure I found it was the easiest and less uncomfortable screening I have ever had

   I don’t often write reviews but this is so deserved. I went along for a routine breast screening and left smiling. I was looked after by Emma who instantly made me feel relaxed with her caring and efficient manner. The free parking and prompt appointment helped with the overall experience.

   A truly wonderful service. Everyone was considerate, helpful and explained everything clearly and in detail. There was no unnecessary hanging around and all procedures could be conducted in one place. A shining example of what the NHS can do when adequately funded and fully staffed. I feel very fortunate to live where such excellent care is provided. This service with these standards should be available to all in the UK - including men who also get breast cancer. Thank you to all concerned.

   The way I found out I had bilateral bc was appalling. I overheard the doctor tell a member of the team dealing with me 'with bilateral breast cancer'. When I told her I'd heard what she said the response was 'It's a bit premature to be having this discussion. Let's wait for the results of the biopsies'. I was given an appointment to return for the results 2 weeks later. I didn't wait that long. I went to see my GP a week later and he confirmed for me. I understand that the doctor didn't mean me to hear what she said but the fact is I did and was left shocked and worried until I saw the consultant several weeks later. The centre staff were all very friendly and kind, especially the nurse who came and found me before my husband and I left that day and said she was sorry, she knew it was a lot to take on and she could see I was very strong and I would deal with it. I hope the doctor learned from my experience and will be more careful in future meaning no one else will find out the way I did.

   I visited the clinic as I needed further investigative tests and was naturally nervous but the staff were amazing. I was greeted with a smile and the staff introduced themselves to me. They were very kind and explained each stage of treatment . It makes such a difference to be treated with such respect,especially when I was worried. Thank you so much ,you all do an amazing job!
