   I was genuinely petrified of having an MRI, but all at the staff in the room were so kind-hearted to me and eased my concerns many times over. My doctor prescribed Diazepam that definitely helped ease my concerns but I have to acknowledge the nurses who helped me up onto the machine, guided me through it as I was slid through, played music and gave me an eyemask & earbuds, and kept checking on me between scans. I'm not sure how long I was in there for but it felt like it was barely any time at all with so many kind accommodations made for me.

   West Middkesex hospital has been brilliant. We have experience of the following departments oncology, imaging, elderly care and minor surgery. .. Staff, both doctors, nurses, consultants have provided a very good sevice.

   I received an email stating I had a confirmed appointment with all details on when to arrive, including a reminder the day before the appointment, then on the day I found they cancelled it by chance when phoning them, I received no email for the cancellation. The scan is really critical and I am hugely disappointed in the system. Terrible administration. The staff on the phone, made no attempt to rectify the situation on the call, ignoring question and just instructing to call on Monday

   My appointment got cancelled on the day my GP send the request. No one from this department told me about it. I had to make a phone call 3days later because nobody called me to book an appointment. Worst service ever from NHS. Disgrace and all they do is not taking any responsibility. Keep telling me to call my GP who sent an request form to sent it again when you guys the one who cancelled it? Where do you sleep at nigh...

   I waited about 3 weeks to hear back from this department but then finally spoke to a female member of staff called "jas". She was very helpful, provided a lot of information and went out of her way to assist me. Fantastic service, she is a credit to the NHS.

   Call me last day of appointment,told me to come 1 hour and 30 earlier as i did and i was waiting 2 hours . They even called me after my appointment time.
