I would just like to mention the great service l got at the new unit yesterday. ( 20 th June 2025) l was booked in for a CT scan and was seen well be for my allocated time. The team were very friendly and efficient so extremely delighted with the service. Let's hope this continues. Other comments : Obviously car parking is a problem and even more now with lost car parking for the new unit. Easier to get to from Byfleet and West Byfleet with bus and train servicing Woking. ( unlike St Peters).I decided to cycle and was dissapointed to learn no allocated cycle parking areas. I locked my bike against the builders wire mesh fencing. However a great local facility Update on 30th December 2025. I am delighted to report that after another visit today the service remains absolutely first class. Once again seen ahead of time, a warm and helpful team on reception and the excellent CT scanning team. If this is an example what can be done by the NHS why can't we see more of it ? A big thanks to all, keep it up. KInd regardsTony

I got referred to Woking Community Hospital after calling 111. I didn’t get the lady’s name, but she was so helpful and reassuring, whilst helping me with my eye. She was a blonde lady working in the acute illness department.

Had a Dexa scan and the girl that did it was so insensitive and quite frankly rude. I have never had an experience ever before in a hospital appointment where I left in tears. Clearly was having a bad day. Don't take it out on patients. I did ask for a print of my results and she refused. Fair enough but her attitude needs some improvement in a very delicate department.

I was there today for a CT scan. The staff were brilliant and very caring. I felt faint and they reassured me and took great care of me. Really lovely nurses. Lovely little hospital.

Horrible experience. I took my son to this hospital from guildford and reached at 7:57. The lady at the reception was awfully rude and said we were closed (closing time 8 pm). I said, "Could you at least have a quick look?" she plainly said 'No'. They have signs saying,'Don't be rude to NHS staff.' But what about the staff being rude to customers? Such a shame!

Had online referral from GP with same day appointment. Arrived early, seen early and brilliant service. Prescription sent straight away to my local chemist. The service I used was an extension to the local GP service. Thank you NHS

My mum has been here for just over 2 weeks. In that time only had 2 hot meals, all others are always cold. Supposed to be a rehabilitation hospital but only gets 1 visit every other day and walks a small corridor or to the toilet. How is she supposed to get back to fitness if nothing is done. She was here a year ago following a fractured pelvis and sacral and the food and physio was 100% better. Not sure what has happened in the year but you need to get back to the way things were a year ago.
