   Always on time, courtesy is paramount to all drivers and I can rely on this company to provide transport for my elderly mum who has mobility issues. The drivers always take care to make sure she is safe and often carry her bags to the door and see her safely inside. I love that I can see she has been collected and track her movements. Paying in advance means she never has to handle money and the service enables her to feel independent of us when going places. Great for enabling independence supported by family. Thank you to all your drivers.

   My granddaughter just got a taxi from Pitt Street in Barnsley to Mapplewell. She was charged £16.90. I rang the company to query the price. I was told that on the computer it shows £14.90 but the driver may have taken a slightly different route. He took the total opposite route to what he was told to do. Apparently the charge is time and a half between 10pm and 4am on Friday and Saturday . Absolutely ridiculous pricing, won't be using their services again.

   Great service at 6am . Used these 3 times in a week car arrived within 10 minutes , auto phone booking or operator. payment by ap available and tracking so you can see where your driver is while you wait. Fair price and no messing about .

   I'd like to know why it's costing different prices for me to get to and from work on different days, I work and live at the same place... it.makes no sense. First it's £6, then £7.40. And now tonight it's £8? It shouldn't be changing like that. It's a rip off. I'll be phoning to make a formal complain about this tomorrow morning. Edit, response to employer. I was contacted this morning and told its due to the times I order.. which makes no sense. No other company does this. I've already told the person who replied. I will no longer use this taxi service. As I expect the prices to be the same. So no Thank-you.

   Booked taxi for 6.50pm Saturday night. Received automated message saying taxi was in area. Still not arrived by 7.10pm. Contacted office to cancel. No apology given by office. 1st and last time I will use this company.

   The drivers are great The company and their service is appalling. Pre-booked taxis for my daughters wedding, and both times had to phone and find out where they were. Over 45 minutes late, Why offer prebookings if it doesn't mean anything. App showed cars allocated and on their way, then went back to the looking for a driver. Staff on the phone very rude on both occasions will not use again and suggest others don't either.
