   Very unprofessional! I had an appointment at 9:45 AM, and only upon arrival was I informed that it had been cancelled due to staff sickness. There was no prior notification, even though the clinic opens at 7 AM. I had taken time off work to attend, and it is unacceptable that no one contacted me. Is there really no one available—reception, nurses, or doctors—to inform patients of cancellations?

   I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent appointment for a scan. Although I arrived 20 minutes late, I waited for 3 hours afterward without any clear information about when I would be seen. After waiting for such a long time, I asked if there was any update on when I could be admitted, but unfortunately, no one was able to provide me with any information. My 20-minute delay was treated as a serious excuse, despite the fact that the waiting time was much longer. As a result, I was forced to cancel the scan, which was very inconvenient for me. I kindly ask you to address this issue to improve the organization and communication with patients in the future.

   Had a recent knee MRI. From the point of booking until I received the report, everything was perfect. No hassle of any kind.. the process was smooth. Straightforward booking process, pre appointment advice, on the day the staffs were very approachable giving clear instructions, gentle and welcoming, finally received the report within 3 days along with the images. Nothing to fault.

   I had my MRI scan here today and was quite nervous at first, but the whole experience turned out to be much better than I expected. The two lovely radiographers who helped me were incredibly kind, gentle, and reassuring throughout the scan, which made me feel so much calmer. The whole process was very efficient and well organised, and the receptionist was also very patient and helpful. Thank you all for your professionalism and warmth — it really made a big difference to me today!
