   If it could be 0 stars it would. Was due to deliver my bath today, no tracking or information so rung up to see what time it would be. Was told between 2-4. Got to 4.15 and nothing so rang again, only to be told the truck route has been cancelled. I have now taken the day off, lost money and still have no bath. No one rang to say, I then offered to pick it up in my landrover and they said I couldn't pick up as it was after 4pm. If they'd have rung me to say it was cancelled then I could have been there for 4. Absolutely despicable.

   Twice in last 2 weeks this delivery company has let me and their customer down. No communication, no updates and when they say they are going to deliver on a specific day, don’t turn up. Companies need to stop using these guys to deliver their goods. Total let down and waste of time. 936233

   Hastings delivered a shower screen to me today and I have to say the professionalism from start to finish was superb. Their office phoned yesterday to ask which day I’d prefer to receive it, and today the driver phoned me with a time window of when I could expect him to arrive with it. He even took away the pallet for me. Superb service!

   I am a driver for the company (almost 8 years now). The drivers are friendly and will try there best to do all they can within reason and safety wise as they are single crew but what ppl must realise we deliver to many ppl and business and have a time scale we are only human. As for driving we are up against many challenges and there are a select few ppl that seem to see us coming and cut us up etc.

   Hastings Freight Ltd lorry MAN (plate EY65FBE) driver created an emergency situation on the road, drove into the oncoming lane at high speed and did not stop after that. It's happened on Scarsdale Rd Sheffield 13rd May 2021 around 11am. Terrible behavior of driver, it's a not acceptable ! Going to report police as dangerous driving

   Last week Hastings Freight delivered a piece of furniture for my company (unsigned) which they had completely snapped in half. We have CCTV evidence of dispatch and arrival but they say that they have no notes of transit damage and have been arguing ever since about liability and trying to mislead me even blatantly lied. I'm complaining to Trading Standards and any other relevant organisation.
