   What amazing service. I called yesterday to get some quotes on sending a parcel to the USA. Andy came back incredibly promptly with three quotes to get it there before Christmas. All of these were better than Parcelforce. Once we’d chosen the option and sent over the details, Andy did all the paperwork (whereas I’ve always had to do it myself with Parcelforce) and emailed me despite it being late at night and I just had to print and sign the necessary docs for the package. It was all done with great professionalism and minimal fuss and the package was duly collected this morning. Honestly just incredibly friendly, helpful service and I hardly had to do a thing. I can’t imagine going anywhere else now to send my parcels!

   The service from ATWS is amazing. Andy gets back to you REALLY quickly with quotes. He always takes time to give you all the information you need. I sent a package to Saudi Arabia in the midst of Lockdown 2020 and it got there quicker than parcels were getting delivered in the UK. Absolutely amazing service all round. Would highly recommend.

After receiving a quote for importing my own designed inflatable boat from China (which for me was the first time importing), cheaper than all other quotes I took the plunge and went with ATWS Logistics and must say the service as well as after service was fantastic.
