A really smooth process. CT dent contacted me on receiving my referral. I could book online or by phone. Staff were well informed and helpful. I actually arrived early but this wasn't an issue and I was seen promptly. All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient !
No complaints. Clean and efficient. I enjoyed having a peep at the scan results myself. God's work is impressive!

Perfection as always! Not my first time visiting... There was a small technical issue with websites reschedule service! Which end up as LATE cancelation and possible fee... Thankfully all been sorted over the phone and done my scan next day! Fee FREE HIGLY RECOMMEND
Nice environment. Polite, professional staff. Very nice reception. Was seen on time! Accessibility: Few steps up to entrance. Reasonable width reception area. Lift. Toilets. Seating. No dedicated parking. Hit or miss availability of pay to park bays. Nearby public transport, I did not use.
Staff were very friendly, both at the reception and the medical attendants. I arrived 25 minutes early by chance and they were able to slot me in and got me done by the time of my actual appointment.
my scan was efficient and I didn’t need to wait long in reception. However, I was assured that I would be sent a copy of the scan, which still hasn’t materialised! Disappointing.
It was a great experience visiting CT Dent lab. Great team,very polite and prompt with their duties. The radiographer was very paitioned and explanatory. Thank you everyone for the great customer service.
Fast efficient service. Highly recommend. Gave 4 stars only because the receptionists as you enter the building would benefit from a course in being civil!
The staff at CT Dent, Harley St, were very professional, courteous and friendly. Unfortunately my initial scan was lost due to a technical issue and I had to repeat it again which had an impact on my day. However, I understood this was not the fault of the staff working there. They did all they can and I thank them for that. I would recommend CT Dent.
