I am very impressed with Cavendish Imaging in New Malden. I was referred by my dentist for a 3D scan of a toublesome tooth on Tuesday afternoon and was seen on Friday lunchtime. Everything was explained to me clearly, the procedure didn’t take long and I was on my way home within half an hour. The technician was friendly and informative. Thank you.
Do NOT use this company. They charged me twice as much for the wrong scan (confirmed by their own radiologist), and then supplied results that were blurred and unusable. Left photo Cavendish blurred, right photo a quarter of the price and clear. I then had to chase them over and over, emails and phone calls and they still have not responded or done anything they promised to do, not even an email response. They should be ashamed of their service, but they just blame everything on spam mail, ignore phone calls and refuse to do anything to resolve the issue. Despite radiation risks, I've now had to undergo another CBCT scan to get usable results, and then discovered that the price was a fraction of this company. Cavendish Imaging are CT Dent, same people, same phone numbers. Go elsewhere! Update: The parital refund was because you took the wrong scan. Your radiologist confirmed it was the wrong scan, then your support person aggressively insisted he knew better and contradicted your own radiologist. My referrer had already tried to assess the supplied scans and found their quality to be poor. They did this with their own qualified radiologist, and your reasoning is that they didn’t drop everything, drive across town and have another meeting to sort the problems you had caused, when you called her. Then you all went on holiday! And I ran out of time. You have not replied to any of my phone calls, or emails, where I have had to chase you every time despite your promises and where you continue to pretend that all emails 'get lost' in spam as your excuse. You have not done anything you told me you would do. The last promise you made has jst been completely ignored. The scan was unusable, blurred and not the requested scan, so against all advice and guidelines I was forced to have another scan. Imagine you hired a car for you and your 6 friends, so you booked a people-carrier. When you arrive they give you a mini. Its too small, not enough room. You tell them its not fit for purpose but they insist its still a car, so you still have to pay. This is you. You supply the wrong scan and then insist it is still a scan, despite it not being fit for purpose. You should give a full refund, not tell yourself how well you did because you gave a partial refund, because you did not supply what was requested. Your own team contradicting themselves, blaming spam and not returning calls, this is the service others can expect. You have a lot of improving to do and I resent being treated this way.
Quick and efficient local service to get my mouth scanned. Very pleasant technician explained everything beforehand. Nothing scary just sitting very still with chin on chin pad and forehead on pad while plates circle around your head. Similar to an optician's. Referral was made yesterday afternoon and was scanned less than 24 hours later. Appointment only took 15 minutes. Saved a trip into Central London.
Practitioner was very helpful explaining the process and made me feel at ease. She clearly knows her job. Was seen in a timely manner answered any question that I had thoroughly. Very Professional organisation. Well equipped with modern equipment. A very positive experience.
The visit itself was great. No waiting time, and an efficient radiologist who explained everything perfectly. I told her about my follow up appointment with the consultant at the hospital 4 weeks later and she said she would make sure it was sent to them in time. This morning I had that appointment and when I got there I was informed that they had still not received anything from Cavendish, so my appointment was completely wasted.
I checked in at reception today 10mintes before my appointment. Unfortunately it transpired that the receptionist had not informed the medical professional that I was there. After waiting for 30 minutes I got a phone call from the medical professional (Nikki)asking where was I! Despite the bad start Nikki did a good job.
I was referred here by my Dentist. The Clinic was running 15 mins late but no one thought to inform me. So not the best start. The ground floor receptionist advised me the clinician was ready for my appointment by shouting my name from the corridor/reception desk, outside the waiting room I was in. Harley Street?? Staff very nice within the lower ground floor imaging area but the main imaging room had a heavy smell of damp. I will be advising my Dentist of my experience.
Best to go by bus as Banbury Road is busy. Clinic was very welcoming, my appointment time was noon and I was taken bang on time. Kind caring staff, explained everything to me. Very happy with the service.
My experience at Cavendish Imaging London was brilliant. I was seen promptly and looked after fabulously. Made a day of it as was in London and found very interesting places around Harley street. Thank you all at Cavendish Imaging for taking care of me.
Great service from the entire team from start to finish. Checking-in process was very easy and the quality and overall experience of the scanning appointment was brilliant. Would highly recommend their services
