   Very dissapointed with Coversure Batley. Been a customer of theirs for a number of years but for some unknown reason they failed to get me a renewal quote on my portfolio leaving me uninsured even though I chased them for it on a number of occasions over a period of one month. Very unprofessional.

   Spoke to Gareth regarding insurance on a old battered van miraculously came back with an extortionate quote however I was willing to go ahead with it. Told him at the start i just needed a quote. Few days later I bought my own van which is a lot newer and for some reason he couldn’t get me insurance. Stating the underwriters are not providing courier insurance. WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH I HAVE HEARD IN MY LIFE! Few days Later I contacted another broker which has resulted in myself taking out a fully fledged courier insurance. Avoid this broker at all costs!!!
