   I found Transpakship one of the few companies able to send a small shipment (less than a container) to Barbados. The patience of Gary and the customer service was top class. The two packers arrived in a timely manner, got on with the job and to my delight no breakages when everything arrived the other end. I have no hesitation in recommending Transpakship for international moves.

   I am so grateful to Liz at Transpakship for her help and assistance in ensuring my items would arrive securely to Jamaica. The process was certainly made a lot easier as Liz advised me on preparation and completion of paperwork etc for the container to arrive in Kingston. Liz was always available to contact and to guide me through the process . My goods arrived intact and on time. I would highly recommend using Transpakship and will use them again.

   I cannot speak highly enough for the service and support this firm gave me as I moved alone from The UK to Australia. Liz was so supportive, focused & efficient, advising me about packing before the move. Dates from my buyers kept changing but Liz and Gary were patient,supportive and calm, keeping me on track at home. I had many conversations with other members of the team and they are all efficient and lovely. Terry’s team were master packers - TV’s and pictures - no breakages. 10/10 Awesome family business & Team ! Thank you !

   I used this company following a recommendation from a friend. The service from enquiry to delivery has been extremely positive experience. I used the door to door service from the UK to Jamaica and from the outset I was given updates as to the progress of my goods. On arrival in Jamaica their agents there were just as professional keeping me updated until delivery. Took all the stress and hassle away.    Epic service from Transpakship from the start of the journey in Wolverhampton to our destination in Jamaica. Our container date fell on the 19th September - funeral day/bank holiday; initially it was going to be cancelled which would have had a major knock on effect with all our other plans as returnees. Liz pulled out every stop to honour the date. The communication was second to none. Liz is so caring and provided her personal number. She handed us over to Mr Hines in Jamaica who accompanied us and the container to our final destination which had changed from the original destination at the last minue, l thought this would have been an issue but thankfully it wasn't.    If you ever need to ship anything to Jamaica, whether barrel or container, Transpakship is the only shipping company that you can trust to safely pack and secure your items. They collected our household goods wrapped them with protective covering and secured them in their container Jamaican customs will now strip every container and scan the boxes etc. Having witnessed the attitude of the wharf people, they have no respect for your items and don’t care if they fall off their pallets, but our items survived due to the careful packing of Transpakship. Eventually the container was delivered to our house with no problems Liz was so helpful and could contact her anytime of day and nothing troubled her. Highly recommend them
