   I arrived earlier and the receptionist was very polite and said you can wait inside. I have been here in this clinic a few years ago for women’s health . I am now 17 weeks pregnant and the lady was very caring, loving , polite and kind . I went to know the gender of my baby and the quality of the pictures is high quality standard I was very impressed I also saw my baby in 4D.The reports and pictures came so quickly online. I would like to say thank you so much to such a professional lady, P.Mlotha I will definitely come back for the 4D scan.

   Excellent Service and Great Value I had a great experience at Ultrasound Direct. The staff were friendly and professional, the clinic was clean and calming, and the sonographer made me feel at ease throughout the scan. Everything was explained clearly, I got my results quickly, and the price was better than other clinics I looked at. Highly recommend!

   I've used ultrasound direct before in Exeter but they no longer offered the service I needed. I came to Croydon (from Cornwall) as it was near a relative. Everything went seamlessly, I was seen on time by a lovely lady, all very professional and my images were available to me within 30 mins of being there. In my instructions it didn't mention parking but there was paid parking available in the immediate vicinity so wasn't a nightmare. Would definitely recommend this company for a great service.

   Lovely experience going for our private pregnancy scan. Very thorough, she really took her time and it didn't feel rushed at all. Given print out images and also able to view them online which was lovely as the NHS doesn't give print out images anymore. Highly recommend!

   We had the most wonderful experience at Ultrasound Direct in Croydon for our Gender scan. The sonographer Tatiana was amazing and was very accurate and knowledgeable (we are having twins, so not the easiest of scans!). We received loads of lovely pics and videos via text, as well as printed pics. The reception staff was also lovely. Such a special and relaxing experience overall! One of the best days of the pregnancy. Highly recommended!

   Do not miss your appointment! Even if your life is hanging by a thread, it's best to die on ultrasound direct site than to miss your appointment. They are not flexible or emphatic, they won't reschedule you or refund you. I am not rich enough to forfeit 30quid Watch out.

   I would definitely recommend ultrasound direct 100%. I had a very enjoyable experience with them. Unfortunately, my baby wasn't in a position where we could see his face so my appointment was rescheduled. Both appointments were on time and we went through everything as per the description of the appointment. I got the scan printouts and photos and short videos online. What is more, the staff is honestly the nicest! They were very warm and welcoming. Also, I had a terrible back pain and they made sure that I was comfortable during my scan appointment. I will definitely be coming back!
