I am appalled by the treatment my 80-year-old mother — a vulnerable cancer patient — received here. During a recent procedure, the anaesthetist subjected her to nearly thirty attempts to insert a cannula, leaving her with severe bruising on her arms, feet, and legs. UK medical guidelines clearly state only two attempts should be made. She could not communicate well in English, and it felt like her vulnerability was taken advantage of. I lodged a formal complaint over 2 months ago and sent in her signed consent forms. To date, there has been no response from the hospital — instead, they had the audacity to send us another invoice. This lack of accountability, compassion, and basic patient care is beyond unacceptable. If you value dignity, professionalism, and safe medical practices for your loved ones, I strongly advise you to think twice before coming here. I am now taking this to the health authorities. Disgusted. This is how her arms were left after Dr Anil poked her 30 times!!!! At his own admission. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I am coming after you and you disgusting treatment of my mother you think you can just brush us off. You’ll see

On 2 July my husband Clive Arrow attended the London Independent Hospital for further back injections by Mr Sivaraman. The whole experience from arrival to departure was very positive and I received excellent care and kindness from all the nursing and theatre staff. I am delighted to report that the procedure has been very successful. Grateful thanks to Mr Sivaraman and Mr Vulpe. Clive Arrow

A fantastic hospital, nurses, Doctors, Physiotherapist, kitchen staff are all extreamly friendly, caring and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is very good and nutritious. Cleanliness is extreamy good. Reception staff are kind and very helpful. I can't wait to go back for my second knee surgery.

Yet another person who has been trying for days to reach the imaging department to book an appointment (privately), with noone answering the phones or emailing back. It's been 3 days of having to live with pain, without even having an appointment confirmed. I'm going to feedback to my private health insurance provider to not refer me to this hospital and department again, as it's clearly a waste of time and well below the service you'd expect. I have also complained to the Circle Health Group, who claim to be the top UK private health providers. They must have left out their imaging department when reaching that conclusion.

Fantastic private hospital, that also treat NHS patients. Based in Stepney Green, a modern, building with great facilities. Rooms comfortable. Very friendly and helpful

Every person I came into contact with at the BMI Hospital has been extremely professional, respectful and kind. At my first appointment Mr Mark Hulbert thoroughly examined me and explained that I needed cataract surgery on both eyes. He provided me with information on the surgery and at today's appointment he fully explained the procedure and booked me in for surgery. I feel totally confident in knowing that Mr. Hulbert will be carrying out the surgery and am extremely happy it is going ahead soon.
