I take my car here for MOT. It's a wait in line to get it done, but a good local service. They also have a nice little local store that stocks a bit of most of the groceries that you might need.

Thorough and fair MOTs at a good price. Tests AWD vehicles properly with an accelerometer brake test rather than abusing differentials with the rollers like most places do. No appointments so queue up and wait or leave the car for the day.
