   Would have given no stars but no option. No problems getting an appointment at all. I had rung and reconfirmed the day before the appointment abt the type of scan and was assured that I was booked in for the right one! Turns out at the appointment that I was booked in for the wrong type of scan and not as per the GP referral! What an absolute waste of my time! This is the 2nd time it has happened with the type of scan confusion so there is something fundamentally wrong with this place!

   Credit where it is due I went to see my gp and was referred. I had a call the same day offering me a variety of appointments. Saw two lovely ladies who were polite and talked me through my scan.

   Was referred to Beehive over two months ago for an ‘urgent’ appointment and was told they’d contact me. They never did so i called last week and they said they thought I’d already had it?? They then booked me in for today - i called twice to confirm the date and location. I arrived today for my appointment after travelling for two hours whilst unwell, and being told not to eat all day before, on hot buses to be told I’m not on the list and they have no record of me having an appointment.
